COVID‑19 amplified long-standing inequities for LGBTQA+ individuals, revealing critical gaps in how sensitive identity information was collected and used. In this case study, I walk through how our team leveraged data, collaboration, and human‑centered design to create a secure, anonymous SOGI intake solution that strengthens trust at the very first point of care.
